In addition to recognizing Rein & Gordon, we will be recognizing the scouts and the summer achievements. We hope to see many of you there as this event will help to fund many new things for our boys.

Hotel clarification: $175 price is based on 4 people in a room. If adults want to share a room at a lower occupancy here are the additional charges: 3 adults to a room – Additional $28.50 per person ($203.50) 2 adults to a room – Additional $86 per person ($261) Single Room – Additional $258.50 ($433.50) Hotel rooms have a king sized bed and pull out couch. These are suite units so are a bit larger (all rooms at this chain are suites). We are recommended people bring sleeping bags.
We are having our first Committee Meeting of the 2018 Scouting year on Friday, September 15. Please be there at 7:30PM. The meeting will be right after the Parent’s Meeting. The meeting will start on time. All parents, adult leaders and committee members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Friday September 8th
First Scout Meeting – All Scouts should be in class A uniforms. SPL will be elected, patrols will be formed, patrol leaders elected & we will plan the troop calendar for the year. Meeting 7p – 9p. Scouts in leadership positions are expected to stay past 9P to finish the troop calendar.
Friday September 15th
Parents Info Session – 7P -730P – it is strongly recommended that all families attend as we will be discussing what to expect this year & answering any questions
